WHAT IS THE FOOD REVOLUTION?

"This Food Revolution is about saving America's health by changing the way people eat. It's not just a TV show; it's a movement for you, your family and your community. If you care about your kids and their future, take this revolution and make it your own. Educate yourself about food and cooking, and find out what your child is eating at school. Make only a few small changes and magical things will happen. Switching from processed to fresh food will not only make you feel better, it will also add years to your life. - JAMIE OLIVER

"Artificial Depression" and Eating Disorders

I have become a fan of Shan Larter. Shan is an Eating Disorder Freedom Coach. She is bold, yet compassionate in her approach to coaching. I have not suffered from an eating disorder but have friends who have and have seen the toll it takes on their mental and physical health. Shan's messages have helped me to understand the inner struggles of women and men with eating disorders.

Even if eating disorders are not close to home, I highly recommend watching Shan's videos. The element of restoring health begins with good nutrition—a topic she covers in almost every message.

In this video she disscusses the "Cause of Eating Disorders" linked to "Artificial Depression"—essentially depression brought on by diet (specifically refined sugar, refined carbs and artificial sweeteners).

Hey Lexie! Thanks so much for supporting my movement to claim each and every person struggling from an eating disorder... I am committed to supporting them on their recovery journey all the way to 100% freedom!

It is great to have such a brilliant, compassionate and giving person like you on board :)

I wanted to tell you how much I admire your website and your gift of healthy nutrition and taste bud tantalizing recipes. You are helping so many people reclaim their health by showing them how plant based, raw, enzyme rich, organic and low GI foods can heal their body and spirit.

YOU are the reason my latest and most FAVOURITE smoothie has a smidge of Decaf Starbucks Via in it! What a fantastic and creative idea! My taste buds thank you :)

Keep pioneering girl... you are a breath of fresh air in a fast-food world!
