iSi Creative Whip® Giveaway
Thank you to all you participated. This giveaway is now closed. The lucky winner will be announced Sunday, November 28th, 2010.
There’s nothing quite as dreamy and decadent as fresh whipped moo cream laced with a touch of vanilla and sugar. Woefully, for those allergic to dairy and the lactose intolerant among us, this sweet indulgence is off limits—and additive-free alternatives are hard to find. That is, until now! With an iSi® Creative Whip and a can of coconut milk you are on your way to whipping the freshest, most heavenly non-dairy topping you've ever sprayed out of a "can!"
What I like love about the whipped creations you can make with the iSi Creative Whip is that I know they are fresh and I know what's in them! No funky additives or artificial stabilizers.
Today I am elated to share a recipe for Coconut Cream Whipped Topping and the chance to win a iSi Creative Whip. For the past week I've been working like a mad scientist on this fluffy topping and am happy to announce that it’s ready for the sharing [click here]—just in time for the holidays!

Well I've got pumpkin pie on the brain right now. I've been looking for a dairy and soy free option that will top our holiday pies in the traditional way but still accommodating out dietary needs.
I love eggnog covered with whipped cream, hot cocoa too! I have mastered these drinks without the dairy, but not the whipped cream (we have managed with whipped egg whites like on the eggnog here:http://andloveittoo.com/?p=354), your recipe looks marvelous. I have no doubt my little df daughter would be elated to be able to have real whipped cream for the first time in her life! I am excited just thinking of it! Thank you thank you thank you Lexie for another wonderful creation!
I love it with pumpkin pie and on top of iced coffee
My favorite dessert to add whipped topping to would have to be an ice cream sundae!

That video and recipe is SO. COOL. Brioche in the microwave; French pastry chefs are rolling in their graves at the thought! :P
I actually don't own a standing mixer so I've been making whipped cream in my magic bullet, haha. I'm so embarrassed. I'd love one of these gadgets, not just for cream but for making beautiful, airy condiments - I could imagine a pumpkin mousse or a light salmon-cream cheese whip. mmmm.
Ooooo... I have one of these, but it's broken. I keep meaning to search for the replacement part I need. But, a brand new one would be great, too. I'd put it on ice cream - to make a cherry topped sundae!
I'd love to whip up a MIllionaire Pie. Mmmmmmm!!
This time of year, I think of pumpkin pies.
Yummy!! I don't know if it needs to be put on top of anything, looks sooooo good it could be eaten by itself:)
I love whipped cream on pies. And I really want to try your coconut cream recipe! I'd love to win this!!!!!
There is something so extraordinary about topping a perfect brownie with whipped topping. The contrast of textures and flavors - Yum!
I liked iSi's North America's Facebook page.
I love it on mousses and of course, pies! :D And somehow whipped cream just tasted so much better when it's pretty.. . ;)

My family craves whipped cream for pumpkin pie-now we can have some that is safe
My favorite thing is whip cream on ice cream! With chocolate swirls on top the whip. :)
I haven't had whip cream in so long because I no longer do dairy or hydrogenated oils. This would be perfect for making dairy free whip to put on my almond ice cream. Yum!

I LOVE filling pate choux with whipped cream for easy cream puffs (we need an egg-free version Lex!).

I would love this product because I feel so sorry for my dairy-free son who has to watch everyone else put whipped cream on their pumpkin pie, hot cocoa, strawberries, etc., and he doesn't get to because I haven't found a dairy-free substitute. This would make his day!
Mmmm....my husband and I are eating a piece of GF/vegan pumpkin pie right now and we both decided it's in dire need of a whipped topping - the coconut cream whipped topping from this would be awesome! Thanks for the chance to win!
The monkey loves cream on his hot cocoa, and I have to agree. :)
Coconut Bliss sundae with dairy-free fudge sauce, is always crying out for that extra yummy shot of creamy goodness. Definitely need whipped coconut creme on top of that.
I'm thinking pumpkin pie! Only because of the holiday season fast approaching! But my DF daughter I am sure would say, ice cream sundae, or hot cocoa, or a big dollop all by itself! She sure misses her whipped cream!!!
Pumpkin pie (DF,GF,EF)
I love putting vegan whipped "cream" on hot cocoa. It is also a lovely alternative to frosting on cake when I'm just serving it at home and not decorating the cake for a special occasion.

Whipped topping on homemade Coffee Drinks! Yumm!!
I really LOVE whipped topping on coffee... and ANY sort of dessert, smoothie, and bananas!
It is so hard to pick just one! Pie, Ice Cream Sundae, fresh fruit....
As someone else said, Pumpkin Pie is at the front of my mind, but I think Apple crisp is the first on my list. I make it (GF) for breakfast quite often, and every time I think, "boy, this would be a lot better with topping!"
I would LOVE a Creative Whip - I am taking pumpkin pie to thanksgiving, just so I can have a dessert to eat and topping would be wonderful!!
Oh My Gosh! I think I may be in heaven. My whipped toppings never come out the way I'd like. Whether I win or not this'll be going on my wish list for sure.
I love whipped cream with pie, any kind of pie except for meringue of course. My absolute favorite though it Chocolate Mousse which I make with full fat coconut cream and good dark chocolate. Well, it's actually more like a really creamy pudding but if I had an iSi perfect mousse would be like a split second behind!
I told myself I don't need this, so I wasn't going to enter. Then you posted that declicous looking pumpkin pie. Must have fancy spray whipped cream!
Great giveaway, Lexie! While I haven't minded whipping my own coconut-milk (really the cream part) based whipped cream, this gizmo would sure make whipped cream more fun! I'd use it for pumpkin pie, hot cocoa, and occasionally indulgent smoothies. ;-)
Thanks for the giveaway! xo,
Shirley
I love whip cream with any kind of berry... Like blackberries and cream! Yummy!
You are a superstar! You totally rocked this recipe and I love it! I just might have to give it a shot, and do you know that I don't even really like pumpkin pie? Gotta wait until I get my blendtec though!
Oh, and nice one on the giveaway and link from Shauna's blog! WOO HOO. You're a superstar, that is what you are :)
Pumpkin pie, of course, at this time of year!
