iSi Creative Whip® Giveaway

Thank you to all you participated. This giveaway is now closed. The lucky winner will be announced Sunday, November 28th, 2010.

There’s nothing quite as dreamy and decadent as fresh whipped moo cream laced with a touch of vanilla and sugar. Woefully, for those allergic to dairy and the lactose intolerant among us, this sweet indulgence is off limits—and additive-free alternatives are hard to find. That is, until now! With an iSi® Creative Whip and a can of coconut milk you are on your way to whipping the freshest, most heavenly non-dairy topping you've ever sprayed out of a "can!"

What I like love about the whipped creations you can make with the iSi Creative Whip is that I know they are fresh and I know what's in them! No funky additives or artificial stabilizers.

Today I am elated to share a recipe for Coconut Cream Whipped Topping and the chance to win a iSi Creative Whip. For the past week I've been working like a mad scientist on this fluffy topping and am happy to announce that it’s ready for the sharing [click here]—just in time for the holidays!

How to Enter

Entering this giveaway is an easy 2-step process:

1. Leave a comment below sharing your favorite sweet treat to top with a whipped topping.
2. "Like" and/or leave a comment on the iSi's North America's Facebook page [click here].

Entries must be received by midnight, November 25th. The lucky winner will be chosen in a random drawing on November 26th.

For more information about the iSi Creative Whip, visit www.isinorthamerica.com.

With the Creative Whip, you can take culinary creativity to the limit like Michael Voltaggio does here with his airy reincarnation of Brioche and Fraise de Bois. Or keep it simple and start with my Coconut Cream Whipped Topping. Have fun and whip it good!

Oh! I've always wanted one of these things. I "liked" the FB page and my favorite thing to cover with whipped cream is a good, old fashioned sundae. Of course I can't really have a lot of sugar these days, so I've been whipping up whipped cream with my hand beater, using a little less sugar, and then using it on hot cocoa to add creaminess and not so much sweetness.

I love whipped cream! Dairy free, of course! Lately I've been eating it on almond flour chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast! Yum!

absolutely must have on top of my veganized version of my nana's icebox cake: layered graham crackers, bananas, and chocolate pudding...mmm!

November 18, 2010 | Unregistered Commenterlauren

This is so silly, but I used to have one that my mom bought for me years and years ago. I kept losing all of the little pieces, so I sold it in my garage sale two months ago. Now, I want it back.

And, my favorite dessert to use it on is plain old chocolate pudding. I know it's not dairy free or not full of junk (the jello brand). Maybe I can find a dairy free version on here. Hmmm. Off to look.

Tia

I love to add just a tad of whipped cream to my homemade pudding. Tastes just that much better with a bit of Whipped Cream.

I've wanted one of the these for a long time and so hope I win!!

Thanks for the great giveaway.

Lemony. Dessert. Please!

You must look deep inside your heart and ask what you really want. If your
immediate answer is 'dessert,' you probably missed your heart and went
directly to your stomach-Kermit the Frog

This is awesome Lexie. It'd be a fantastic addition to my cobbler and perfect for my pumpkin spice cake :-) plus my boys have never even had whipped cream, so I'm pretty sure they'd love it straight outta the bottle :-) thanks! Breanna

So my favorite tip for toppers is to whip eggnog and squirt that in your coffee, your mouth, your pie yummmmmie yummmmmie!

November 22, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterMelanie

warm pumpkin with whip over top. A sweet healthy veggie for the end of the meal! MmmMmm

November 22, 2010 | Unregistered Commenterallison

Whipped cream is good on ANY dessert! ;0) I would love one of these so my family and I can have whipped "cream" (GF/DF) again. The soya whip was a remarkable and expensive disaster- 1 small floop of cream then- nothing- entire can wasted and no whipped cream on coconut milk ice cream brownie sundaes! ;0(
I would love to put whipped cream on: Warm praline sauce topped bread pudding, apple pear crisp, blueberry cherry crumble, coconut milk ice cream, coconut cream pie, ANY pie, fill profiteroles (all GF/DF of course) and the list is endless really!

This Whip looks AMAZING!! We've been waiting for a Casein Free/Soy Free Whip that our sweet little DD can have! Thank you for all your hard work to make this!

Definitely would love this whip on your Buckwheat Waffles with berries!! Or DD's AhLaska Cocoa on these cold snowy days!

I "liked" ISI on Facebook, too! Blessings to you!

My fav treat to top with 'whipped cream' is hot chocolate. My kids, however, use it on almost anything: waffles, pancakes, 'ice cream'. Since they are anaphylactic to dairy, I would sure love to win this gizmo for them. It would be cheaper & less wasteful than the non-dairy whipped cream in the store & probably healthier, too - I know coconut has the good fats...

November 24, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterKarateLady

What do I like to top it on? Does a bowl count? Yum

November 25, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterStephanie @ Lunges and Lunch
