WHAT IS THE FOOD REVOLUTION?

"This Food Revolution is about saving America's health by changing the way people eat. It's not just a TV show; it's a movement for you, your family and your community. If you care about your kids and their future, take this revolution and make it your own. Educate yourself about food and cooking, and find out what your child is eating at school. French Dressing

Fresh greens season is upon us! Here's a tangy little dressing to jazz up your next salad.

In blender, blend until smooth:

1/3 cup gluten-free KETCHUP (Organicville® is a tasty brand)
1/4 cup ONION
1/4 cup OLIVE OIL
2 tablespoons Bragg’s APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
1 teaspoon PAPRIKA
1/4 teaspoon GARLIC POWDER
1/4 teaspoon SEA SALT
1/8 teaspoon BLACK PEPPER

Serve on a bed of fresh greens.

I used to loooooove French and Catalina dressings! The only way I would eat salad when I was young and naive! Thanks for another great recipe. I will try this because my dad LOVES ketchup and I know he'll like this and so will my mom. Pete, not so much on the ketchup front. But I'm good at tricking him :)
I posted my adopt-a-gluten-free blogger post featuring YOU! Check it out when you get a chance.

This sounds wonderful! I have a salad that I love to make that is delicious with French dressing but not a big fan of the store boughts. This one sounds delish, especially now that we are officially in the triple digits here in AZ and I am craving salads.
Thanks for posting, Lexie!
