Spicy Shrimp Hand Roll Sushi Filling

Last week I posted about a Hand Roll Sushi Party my sister threw. This Spicy Shrimp filling was a hit and can be mixed up in minutes. Spice it up to your desired heat by adjusting the measure of sriracha sauce and jalapeno pepper.

Spicy Shrimp Sushi Filling

Ingredients:

1-1/2 cup diced cooked SHRIMP
1/2 JALAPENO PEPPER, seeded and diced
2 SCALLIONS, sliced 
2 tablespoons vegan MAYONNAISE
2 teaspoons RICE WINE VINEGAR
1 teaspoon SRIRACHA SAUCE

 

Directions:


In a medium bowl combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use.
