Most recipes are free of gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, excess sugar and other common allergens. When a permeable intestinal wall is the root of a food allergy or sensitivity (as it was with my son), the food allergy or sensitivity may begin to lessen as the gut returns to health. This has been our experience. Beginning in 2015 you will see a few more recipes that call for egg—woot!
