WHAT IS THE FOOD REVOLUTION?

"This Food Revolution is about saving America's health by changing the way people eat. It's not just a TV show; it's a movement for you, your family and your community. If you care about your kids and their future, take this revolution and make it your own. Educate yourself about food and cooking, and find out what your child is eating at school. Make only a few small changes and magical things will happen. Switching from processed to fresh food will not only make you feel better, it will also add years to your life. - JAMIE OLIVER

Annie Chun's Seaweed Snacks

Photo copyright Annie Chun's, Inc

I can't remember the last time I inhaled a food like I did Annie Chun's Roasted Sesame Seaweed Snacks. If you haven't tried these, do!

The ingredients list is short and sweet (which I like): Seaweed, Canola oil, Salt, Sesame Oil (though I am not a fan of Canola oil). Ingredients are listed as "all-natural."

These little melt-in-your-mouth nori crisps are my new grocery shopping trip treat. Definitely healthier than the chocolate bar I usually grab. Eat an entire two-serving package and you've only consumed 50 calories (30 from fat) and a good dose of vitamin A.

To see Annie's full product offering, visit www.anniechun.com (I couldn't find these snacks on her website, just on Amazon, hmmm).

No where on the package does it say that this product is certified gluten-free (no cross contamination, etc). I will submit an inquiry to Annie and see what she says.

This is an independent review. I did not receive compensation in any way or form for it.
